Lynn Baker (リン・ベーカー, Rin Behka) is a character who appears in Rage of the Dragons. Lynn was designed by JL Belmont.
About Lynn[]
Lynn is an only child, born to an American father and a Chinese mother. Her childhood was spent in China, but due to the war, they had to leave the country and settled in Sunshine City, where her grandfather had been living for a long time. It was there that Lynn learned the ways of the dragon from her grandfather, even though her mother had taught her to embrace martial arts. However, Lynn often found herself escaping from the rigorous training, opting instead to spend time at the malls downtown.
At the age of 14, Lynn crossed paths with two brothers, Jimmy and Billy. She felt a special attraction towards the younger brother, Billy. All three were students under the guidance of the wise Master Lee Song. Lynn also remembered another student who left the dojo abruptly one day. Under the mentorship of the Master, Lynn was trained in the ways of the White Dragon spirit, with the hope that she would become the next guardian of the ancient scrolls. Thanks to her Tai Chi practice, Lynn developed a faster and smoother version of the RYU ZUI KEN technique. However, she didn't take all these responsibilities too seriously and preferred to enjoy life like any normal girl her age.
Lynn had a keen sense of fashion, often sporting the latest colorful miniskirts and disliking pants. She even embraced her father's gift of loose socks from his trip to Japan. For training, she opted for more suitable clothing that the Master didn't always approve of. To make some extra money, Lynn gave martial arts classes to a few students in the dojo's backyard. Despite her talent and potential as a guardian of the old scrolls, Lynn maintained a balance between her responsibilities and the joys of being a regular teenage girl.
Participation details[]
After stopping at home after school, Lynn heads to the dojo as usual, but upon arrival, she is devastated to learn that her beloved grandfather has just passed away. She senses an enormous surge of power, recognizing it as the presence of an evil dragon spirit. The other kids at the dojo inform her that a strange man had been there just a few minutes earlier. Feeling overwhelmed by the situation, Lynn receives a call from Billy, and she explains everything to him.
Billy, ever the supportive and level-headed friend, calms her down and decides to head immediately to Sunshine City to help Lynn with the burial arrangements for the master. After paying their respects, they both set off to find the mysterious man who was seen at the dojo. They can't help but wonder if there is a connection between the sudden death of their master and the appearance of this stranger.
